Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) will launch a new graphics card, the Radeon HD 7970, the December 22, 2011. AMD says the performance of the HD 7970 to work 30% faster than its predecessor, Radeon HD 6970, in order to display high quality graphics.
For specifications, AMD HD 7970 is made using the 2048 stream processors, 32 ROP units and 128 units of texture. The chip used was the Tahitian XT GPU with 28nm TSMC manufacturing.
